Thank you so much for your work. After reading your "Golden Silk Worms.." paper (as I am just a lay person it took me several attempts - I had to look up lots of terms and acronyms) I had so many questions. This interview helped answer a lot of them and helped me gain a deeper understanding of what you lay out in your writing. I'm still trying to get my head around what this all means for humanity. But it's obviously not good. I intend to gradually work my way through your other pieces of work.

I can't help thinking that this knowledge must feel like a huge weight for you and your dad to carry alone. Do you have any allies within the scientific (or other) community? Has anyone reached out to you that agrees with your findings? Is there any light that you can see or any hope that the truth will come out? (sorry if those questions are a bit too broad)

Thanks again for your work. Your writing is really beautiful and fascinating, despite the darkness subject matter.

Thanks so much for the support, glad things are starting to make more sense! And nope the scientific community is bought off by Big Pharma or otherwise full of cowards, there's no way forward at this point without absolutely massive amounts of death since not a single solitary politician has any interest in protecting their constituents - only guaranteeing donations.

The entire media is bought, the "independent" voices like the Weinsteins are just con men shilling whatever Peter Thiel tells them to - there is no path forward other than a very, very dark one.

I appreciate that you and your father researched this topic and then shared it with world. The average person could not connect the dots as you did. The historical connections (in your other pieces) you weave in are beyond interesting and really make me think. When I have time I plan to re-read all you wrote, a half page at a time, and then translate it, into simple English so I can more easily commit it to memory and share with others. I think I finally see the big picture. It is about the corruption of the politicians of our alphabet agencies. They know they can't stop the virus, (because they know exactly what it is)so they are going to make money along the way as well as remove peoples' rights for more control. The sociopathy of denying people care, or knowledge to protect themselves in order to profit off people's suffering is unfathomable. What people knew and when they knew it is clear. Chris Hedges said we have a choice of oligarchy with the Democrats or autocracy with the Republicans. Corruption with both. Many corporations' wealth depend on China, so the corporations are not loyal to any country. Politicians are not loyal to the people who pay their measly 100k-200k salary because earn more money passing corporation-friendly laws. People are accepting of corruption, saying there will always be some. But the handling of this pandemic should wake them up because it is about their very lives. You are an integral part of the wake-up call. Thank you.

Thank you so incredibly much for all of those kind words and all that support!! The About page here has a rough outline of the different writings that explain this stuff, I'm not sure any of it is "simple" but I try and explain the same concepts from different angles throughout.

And yeah I'm a huge Chris Hedges fan, his conception of warfare and the media influences a bunch of "Tremble the Devil," he definitely understands the scope of what's going on - they're all facking rotten.

Don't be shy about questions!!

I greatly admire your unequivocal approach. The number of online "gurus" who say it might be a,b, c or d etc. is dismaying (how are they ever going to reach a conclusion?). I think most of them get hooked on the dopamine rush of likes and the attention.

You technical analysis is above my pay grade but I think I have the gist of it.

Is the original V-1000 strain the Spanish 'Flu? How virulent would you expect the deattenuated form to be?

Expand full comment
author

Not exactly, you should check out the Golden Silkworms piece or another one from the About page. You're correct in that the 1918 Flu was a virus reaching a highly-pathogenic state, but it was the endogenous human flu virus, not an alien outside lab virus:

https://harvard2thebighouse.substack.com/p/understanding-covid-19-and-seasonal

The human flu has been with us for millennia, it reached that hyper-virulent state because of the artificial concentration of people that were organizing around WWI, and then first burst out in Allied hospitals where historic troop concentrations have always been the highest. Once population densities subsided, it went back to just being the flu - but while it was in that highly-pathogenic state it jumped into pigs on farms, where it's also still circulated.

The human flu thought its host population was dying because of the extreme levels of population density brought on by mobilizing for WWI, in nature that kind of population density only happens when resources are scarce, and so like grasshoppers turning into locusts, viruses sense those shortages in their hosts and begin to seek the highly-pathogenic state that allows them to hop into a new host.

Same thing on poultry farms, where the artificial population density brought on by industrial farming techniques fool the bird flu into thinking its host is facing extinction - so bird flus constantly seek a highly-pathogenic state on those farms since the hosts are always packed in so tightly.

COVID was made in the lab as a highly-pathogenic chimera so that it could be weakened, attenuated, down into a live-attenuated vaccine, which is the most effective kind. However yeah check out the article above, life found a way.

This research on Covid-19 and vaccines is really excellent. Do you have an opinion on whether similar errors exist in other scientific fields?

It is my belief that free-market-style competition for grant money has created an incentive structure where gray areas of science end up being filled by whatever theory brings in the most grant money, or is most aligned with the pet theories of the scientists already at the top of the field. That "winning" theory then gets accepted as dogma and other theories are suppressed, the clearest example being present-day physics, as outlined by Alexander Unzicker's work.

Thanks so much!! And yeah there's a whole bunch wrong with other areas of biology as well, I start laying all that out here:

https://harvard2thebighouse.substack.com/p/f33

And I'll have to google Unzicker, but yeah that sounds spot-on to me, I think that's one of the underlying forces that creates the "scientific revolutions only advance one death at a time" phenomenon - older scientists protect their ideas like fiefdoms instead of being open to new ideas and challenges.

Bad news for them, if you spend more time reading around this site you'll see just how few clothes many of them actually have.

EDIT: Just looked him up and super cool, I think I already will largely agree with what he's saying, let me know if there are any really good interviews or articles, but I'm pretty sure if you check this out it'll line up with what he's trying to argue:

Expand full comment
author

Right now COVID-19 is airborne AIDS, or at least airborne HIV that's quickly progressing to COVID-AIDS in folks with severe Long COVID, who have the autoimmune and wasting and other overlapping issues. Assuming HIV started as a batch of OPV gone wrong, HIV never made its way all the way back to something close to Polio since it's only sexually transmitted, meaning the transmission dynamics are many, many orders of magnitude lower than COVID. With COVID you go into any closed public space and you're exchanging swarms, with HIV everyone would have to have their junk out bukkaking in the nostrils of everyone in the room for the same transmission dynamics to occur.

Thanks for all the info and links!

What do you think of Lantham & Wilson's Mojiang Miners Passage theory?

"BtCoV/4991 and RaTG13 were collected from a mineshaft in Yunnan province, China, in 2012/2013 by researchers from the lab of Zheng-li Shi at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). Very shortly before, in the spring of 2012, six miners working in the mine had contracted a mysterious illness and three of them had died (Wu et al., 2014). The specifics of this mystery disease have been virtually forgotten; however, they are described in a Chinese Master’s thesis written in 2013 by a doctor who supervised their treatment."

That mine may or may not have played a role in the origins of this pandemic, but now there's absolutely no way for this pandemic to have gotten started like that.

That is not a solid scientific theory.

Look at how viruses emerge from poultry farms, it happens in waves, and only after several waves can the swarm fully go airborne into a new host. And then when it does, there's no pandemic because no one except the people in close proximity to the farm are being exposed to the swarm.

In 1918 humans created their own highly-pathogenic event by clumping too closely together for WWI and our endogenous influenza jumped into pigs, but that didn't happen because of anything special about the human-flu virus, it happened because of the accentuated population density of WWI, the massive industrial and martial peopling of factories and barracks and ships, and eventually hospitals where it first kicked-off.

I've come to this view also After I posted the link, I reread your 2020 paper and some of your other articles, and there are too many things to explain over-and-above the miner passage, which primarily explains the FCS, but not easy transmission to mink/ferrets, affinity for kidney, etc. Possibly the miners were a source of viral genomes, but there must have been subsequent lab evolution.

Thanks for all the work you've done on this. It's been quite illuminating!

I guess crowding is important because it better supports swarm evolution. Without crowding, a lot of viral evolution will be from a single genome, or small number of genomes. Crowding exposes to a large number of genomes, with more selection pressure on each. Poor ventilation is equivalent to crowding, because more viral genomes can hang around.

Expand full comment
author

Yup crowding is a central issue, especially because modern society is built around buildings that inherently create crowding, at least as far as ventilation goes.

Covid is so transmissible that humans are all just chickens on the farm so long as they are going into modern buildings without far more ventilation than they currently have.

Even if this thing wasn't heading back to its original form and taking of evolutionary shortcuts with gatekeeping, it would still be a huge problem because of that dynamic, influenza is all over every modern chicken farm on earth regardless of vaccines making it better or worse.

This is not good:

https://bit.ly/349lipw

–Most immunologists rely on T cells and say that although antibodies are reduced 6 months after infection or vaccination, the T cell response remains intact. However, you say that SARS-CoV-2 escapes the immunity conferred by T cells, and that this virus confuses the immune system. He has compared it in that sense with Ebola.

–There is a new preprint [study not yet peer reviewed] from the University of Chicago that actually shows the effect of SARS-CoV-2 on T cells. It indicates that it induces more T cell deaths than HIV [the AIDS virus ]. They found that COVID-19 produced apoptosis [cellular destruction caused by the same organism]. It is very important, even if it is a preprint. They say T cells will save us, but who saves T cells? It's not good for T cells to have these problems.
