Bravo and thank you for this series. It is quite literally the best thing I've read in the last 10 years.

and I see what you did here: "of the North Aegean like Lesbos, scissored between the Greek and Turkish coasts"

It takes a bit of context, so you're going to have to Google the phrase God is dead, and then watch the movie the Princess bride – don't worry it's fantastic!!

So much to think about here: I’m going to go through it all again before commenting seriously, but these are precisely the kind of ideas I wish academia would focus on.

Trying to find a gap to go through all five again, but in the meantime I have a few non-specific thoughts/questions. Been thinking about all of this a lot (a general return to more natural/ancient routes to health) - I’m growing the vegetables you mentioned from the passover article…

- You mention cannabis, and I’ve poked around looking at terpenes and CBG - very interesting stuff. Do you have any other thoughts/suggestions with this?

- The treatment that seems to be working best with long covid and vaccine spike injury seems to by hyperbaric treatments, which definitely overlaps with the wim hof and dive reflex effects. (Figured this might be of interest, and again interested if you have any further thoughts on this?)

- I’ve also just come across a guy who had stage 4 cancer: went on a 8 month fast and had a total recovery: the idea being that autophagy eats bad cells. I recall you touched on fasting again in the Passover article, so thought you might find this interesting.

And of course this recalls our brief conversation about religious rituals being aimed at health: obviously I’m now thinking about fasting in Islam etc. A yearly cancer killer?

Hope you are keeping well, and grateful to finally have someone with so many overlapping interests to discuss this with!

Oh wow very cool with the Passover veggies, sheesh I should at least look for them in the supermarket...

- THANKS FOR THE REMINDER!! Search the article for "cannabis" and I just added a point I'd had in mind but slipped through the cracks. The therapeutic potential of THC/CBD is enormous, and there's definitely an entourage effect with the terpenes and other acronyms in there - but gonna be hard to prove. Not a doctor, but yeah I'd definitely take online research seriously even if it's not peer reviewed, since it's basically impossible to research

- Yup all the high altitude stuff is related, there was something about the nervous system and viruses at altitude but I can't remember exactly. Just yeah meditation's probably healthy, and obvi COVID fucks with the whole oxygen system and probably the carotid bodies like I think we've already talked about

- Yeah tons of good science on fasting, I did it some in prison to try and get a buzz which worked pretty well. Worth a shot with the cancer stuff I guess, be great to be able to capture that systematically somehow

Thanks again keep the thoughts coming!!

Apt ending to a master piece. I think it starts in a garden, making ferments for aerobic compost for the gases, rich compost to grow super nutritious food, and the healthy outdoor exercise this requires. I deduced this all the way down to "people who use money to buy food are useless eaters." Turning the phrase issued by those inbred weaklings (as opposed to earthlings) against them.

If one is growing food along with growing soil fertility the important part of longevity is covered.

By the way, I had a lot of thoughts as I cruised your work here, the other more important one was it was the Romans, or rather the Italians that used crucifixion to kill Christ. Perhaps there were a few Jews in the audience...

Who ever would have thought of crucifixion anyway? Probably a direct descendent of the terrorist Fauci.

Oh hey, I used the Google internet definition of terrorist to point out on a social media site that governments often sponsor it, the next day the reference to government was erased...

By the way I didn't know about the gases angle, I just make this compost for the healthy food aspect. My thinking has become sharper since starting the process now 10 (m) years ago, so you have connected the dots for me.

Awesome thoughts thank you so much, and the composting and farming angle is a huge one I'm gonna have to look into - I bet the sulfur gets trapped in the veggies as well as exposing people during tilling, and maybe a good part of the "Mediterranean Diet" is just more sulfides form the soil
